Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return within 14 days.

A full refund may not be authorised if the product is not returned in a perfect as new condition. A used product cannot be refunded and a deduction will be made to reflect that the item can no longer be sold as new.

To return a product purchased from this site, you will need a Return Authorisation (RA) number. To obtain this number email info@devaneyltd.co.uk. We will reply with a Return Authorisation Number which needs to be written clearly on the outer packaging of your returns shipment.

To ensure you are credited for your return, in a timely manner you will need a Return Authorisation before returning the goods. Returns without an authorisation number will delay and may even prevent your credit being processed.
