Tradition meets innovation and passion meets expert knowledgeIn the GRAEF CUTTING WORLD, we showcase our entire know-how. Over 100 years of ingenuity and innovation have gone into our universal slicers. They are "Handmade in Germany" and synonymous with top quality, timeless design and sophisticated functionality. Our SCHNEIDWELT offers ideal solutions for every area of application and is now also complemented by precise knife sharpeners, high-quality kitchen knives and versatile electric knives. |
Slicers "Made in Germany"For over 60 years, we as the family-owned company GRAEF stand for exceptional workmanship, durability and not least the design of our universal slicers. The value chain of our slicers - from development and production to final touch, logistics and repair - takes place at the main factory in Arnsberg, Sauerland. They are therefore "made in Germany at its best" and stand for responsible action and sustainable business. |
5 Years WarrantyThe extra long five years warranty is a quality promise. Only the best and durable materials are used in this slicer. For example, the smooth solid steel blade with its hollow grind offers professional quality. Moreover, the capacitor motor is absolutely maintenance-free in use for decades in other Graef models. |
Stainless steel trayThe practical stainless steel tray ensures that the cutting material is cleanly collected directly after the cut. |
Full metal version in professional designCool, solid full metal meets rounded, slim shapes and shatterproof glass or Dekton plate (S72016LH). The all-metal blade protection ring not only gives the SKS700 a unique premium look, but also protects the all-steel blade of the universal cutter and covers it securely. At the same time, the blade protection ring simplifies the cleaning of the blade. |
Stainless steel blade cover plateDue to the inner knife cover plate made of stainless steel, only the outer edge of the knife runs and guarantees best cutting results with this all-purpose slicer due to the low friction. |
Unique lighting conceptIncreased safety thanks to LED-Safety-Control (status indication for open or closed fence) as well as illuminated cutting area and an illuminated setting scale for cutting thickness adjustment. |
Illuminated setting scaleIlluminated setting scale for the slicing thickness adjustment guarantees best readability of the selected slicing thickness. |
Easy knife removalThanks to a special blade removal device, the blade cover is easily released with a single movement and the blade of the universal cutter can be safely removed after successful use and freed of grease and cutting residues. |
Smooth, fully hardened solid steel blade Ø 170 mmRemovable, solid-steel blade machined from one piece of special stainless steel, fully hardened with hollow grinding. |
Maintenance-free motor technologyThe Graef slicer SKS 700 is equipped with a 170-watts-capacitor-motor. This motor is powerful, whisper-quiet and maintenance-free. At a constant speed, the motor guarantees an easy cutting without any loss of power. Due to its solid construction (made in Germany) the capacitor motor provides best cutting results. |
Combi attachment PROOur remnant holder and MiniSlice attachment become one in the PRO combi attachment - for even less food waste, finger-safe fine slicing and wafer-thin processing of the smallest foods with even more flavor! The additional insert for the combi attachment included in the PRO version pushes the food to be sliced independently against the knife. |
Red Dot Award: Product Design 2022Purist, elegant and beautifully designed - the first illuminated fine slicer from GRAEF wins the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2022. The Red Dot Award is one of the largest design competitions in the world. Participants submit products, communication works and brands as well as prototypes and concepts in three disciplines. The GRAEF SKS700 slicer convinced the international jury all along the line and now carries the award, which stands internationally for outstanding design quality. |
Sustainable and regionalDuring the development of the Graef slicer SKS 700, we laid special emphasis on sustainability and regionality. Therefore, 85% of the built-in components originate from regional suppliers from North Rhine-Westphalia, "Made in Germany" at its best. Moreover, the packaging is designed sustainable. At the end of the product life cycle and disassembled into single pieces, Graef slicers can be returned to the chain of recycable materials. |
